1. How to Update Payment Details
If you need to change your bank account, PayPal, or contact information:
Log in to the Tipalti Portal.
To change contact info: Click Edit at the bottom of the "Address" or "Personal Details" page.
To change payment info: Navigate to the Payment Method tab.
Enter your new details and click Save/Next.
2. Setting a Payment Threshold
A payment threshold allows you to hold payments until they reach a specific amount (useful for minimizing wire fees).
Go to the Payment Method tab.
Click "Edit my payment threshold" located next to your selected payment method.
Enter your desired amount or remove the threshold entirely.
3. Country-Specific Limitations & Issues
Some countries have specific payment limits or are not supported by the Tipalti platform. If your country is listed as "Not in Tipalti" or "Unable to login," please follow the Alternative Instructions below.

🛑 Alternative Instructions for Restricted Countries
If you are located in a country where Tipalti is unavailable or you cannot log in, do not attempt to register via the portal. Instead:
Contact the Master Data Team at vendor.md@rws.com.
Provide your payment details (Bank Account or PayPal).
Attach a confirmation from your bank (e.g., a voided check or bank letter) to verify the account.
